THE CROSS OVER OF LIFE & DEATH WITH SORCHA WOLNIK
In today’s episode I speak with Sorcha about her journey through life and how her trauma and wounds have impacted how she experiences the world around her, and how she helps support other women in her role as Self-Love and Leadership coach.
Sorcha had an extensive 20 year career as a midwife in Ireland and New Zealand before transitioning into the world she plays in today…
Sorcha is also the founder of a teens Mental Health charity which has huge backing from the New Zealand government called Girls Minds Matter.
Sorcha also touched on what it was like growing up as an outsider in Dublin 4, what it was like being excluded from society for not being religious in her younger years.
Huge episode – let us know what you think.
