The Importance Of Breaking The Trauma Cycle with Stephen Milverton

In today’s episode we covered so much, from being dominated by his father growing up to carrying that cycle and ways of being into his own parenthood.

His battles with anger and alcoholism to being alcohol free for over 20 years. This is an incredibly inspiring story and further proof it doesn’t matter what age you are to get started on your healing journey, all your close friends and family will reap the rewards through the ripple effect.

After over 40 years in the corporate world working/ running some of the biggest energy projects in Australia’s history, Stephen has decided to honor his body autonomy and walked away from that life. Taking up coaching and mentor ship to give back and be that example for his children..

This is an incredibly inspiring story, I trust you’ll enjoy it.
